kakaobank Moim Agit은 카카오뱅크의 첫 팝업 스토어(오프라인 행사)입니다. 모임 통장을 쓰는 멤버들 간 새로운 고객경험을 제공한다는 취지로, 카카오뱅크 모임통장의 존재감을 강화하기 위해 준비됐습니다. 해당 이벤트에서는 사진 촬영 존, MBTI 궁합 테스트존, 모임 커스텀 키링 존 등 다양한 프로그램을 준비했습니다.
MBTI 궁합 테스트는 최대 5명의 이름과 MBTI를 각각 입력하면, 각자의 궁합 결과와 모임 내에서의 역할을 함게 출력해줍니다. 출력된 내용은 결과지뿐 아니라 고객의 휴대폰으로도 전송되어, 이벤트의 경험을 간직할 수 있도록 하였습니다.
어나더선데이는 MBTI 궁합 테스트를 맡아 제작하였습니다. 모임 내 MBTI에 따른 궁합도뿐 아니라 성향별로 모임내 역할군을 부여하였습니다. 해당 컨텐츠를 위하여 10가지 모임(카테고리)에 따른 160개의 역할군(캐릭터)을 기획·디자인하였습니다. 키오스크에서 동작할 수 있도록 개발하였으며 결과지를 출력할뿐 아니라, 별도의 SMS 서비스를 제공하였고, 고객 참여 데이터를 별도 서버에 관리하였습니다.
kakaobank Moim Agit is Kakao Bank's first pop-up store (offline event). It is prepared to strengthen the presence of Kakao Bank's meeting account with the aim of providing a new customer experience among members who use the meeting account. In this event, we prepared various programs such as photo shooting zone, MBTI compatibility test zone, and meeting custom key ring zone.
In the MBTI Compatibility Test, each of the names of up to 5 people and MBTI are entered to output their compatibility results and roles within the meeting. The output is not only the result but also sent to the customer's cell phone so that they can keep the experience of the event.
Another Sunday was produced in charge of MBTI compatibility test. In addition to the compatibility according to the MBTI in the meeting, we assigned a role group in the meeting by tendency. For the content, 160 role groups (characters) were planned and designed according to 10 meetings (categories). It was developed to operate in kiosks, and not only printed the results, but also provided a separate SMS service, and managed customer participation data on a separate server.
